Skateboarders and scooter riders under 14 years of age and rollerbladers under 16 MUST wear a helmet at all times.

The House encourages all users to wear helmets and other protective equipment for their own safety.

Park users under 11 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the park.

Spectators must remain in the designated area which is clearly sign-posted.

Eating and drinking are only permitted in the designated spectator area.

Any park user found or suspected of being drunk or under the influence of drugs will be removed from the park.

Anyone behaving in a sexist, racist or homophobic or generally violent or offensive manner will be removed from the park.

Park users are required to behave with courtesy, care and respect towards fellow park users.

The House reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the park anyone who is viewed as a threat to the safety or enjoyment of others.

 

I am aware of the risks inherent to extreme sports and that they can lead to injury or death.

I will not hold The House Skatepark or its employees responsible for any accident, damage or loss whilst at the park.

I accept responsible for my own actions and/or involvement.

I am fit and capable of participating.

I understand the risks involved with COVID-19 and other transmittable diseases in an indoor environment, I will take actions to mitigate these risks and don’t hold The House or its employees responsible for anything I may contract.

I give my consent for medical assistance to be administered by trained staff (and/or paramedics) in the case of an accident or emergency.

If the rider is under the age of 16 I am counter signing as their parent or guardian.
